Is ₹2,300 per sq.ft the final rate?

It's where full turnkey starts. The final figure depends on your design. Once the design is done you get a fixed-rate BOQ, and that rate doesn't move midway.

I work abroad. Can you still build my house?

Yes. Many of our clients are in the Gulf. You get weekly photo and video updates, and we walk the site with you on video calls whenever a decision is needed.

How long will my house take?

A full turnkey house usually takes 8–12 months: about a month for design, 4–5 months for structure and 3–4 months for finishing. We confirm your timeline after seeing the plot and size.
